The Magic Lantern

I would like to tell you a story. A few days ago I was walking on the beach and I found a magic lantern. After I rubbed it a genie appeared, thanked me for releasing and said he would grant me one wish.
I thought for a minute and said, I have always wanted to go to Hawaii but I was afraid to fly. I wish there was a road from here to Hawaii.
The genie looked at me puzzled and said, you know that’s impossible, why don’t you wish for something more realistic!
OK. I told the genie I was a tax guy, so I think I would like to know and understand the US tax code.
The genie looked me right in the eye and said, “Sir, would you like that to be a one or two lane highway?”
